Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct preliminary interview and obtain design brief with clients
• Interpret & translate customers' needs into preliminary plans
• Provide interior design proposals
• Carry out detailed design development and modifications
• Highlight pros and cons on design options for clients' consideration
• Define project requirements and schedule during the brief
• Discuss and finalize client requirements and collaborating with other construction professionals
• Prepare materials and FF&E specification sheets
• Conduct site surveys and site condition reports
• Generate mechanical and electrical planning
• Furniture design
• Undertake design projects from concept to completion
• Using design software to create models and visuals

 Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in Interior or Architectural Design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max and Photoshop
• 2 years or above relevant experience
• Strong design ability, communication and presentation skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
