EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS
- Attends site surveys as needed to provide interior design input and determine scope of work.
- Develop interior design concepts for assigned projects.
- Ensures that all program requirements and criteria are met with operations and the Brand team.
- Manages multiple interior design projects, under direction of manager, in support of brand or business unit growth goals.
- Participates in developing and maintaining a project schedule and budget.
- Maintains liaison with all appropriate divisions and departments and outside consultants.
- Participates in process development and improvement activities using best practice as guideline.
- Provides work direction and assists assigned personnel in the fulfillment of their responsibilities.
- Ensures that work is completed in budgeted time and in accordance with project schedule.
- Monitors brand standards with outside architectural consultants and in-house disciplines.
- Maintains awareness of pertinent interior design and architectural industry knowledge and product innovations.

Education/Experience:
- 4-year degree from an accredited interior design program preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the design field, preferably in the hospitality design industry.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
