The successful applicant for this position will have opportunity to:

? Conduct some analysis of client’s project and values.

? Support Senior Designers and ensure further concept development from sketches and design materials, in collaboration with others

? Present effectively to clients and external stakeholders

? Manage and coordinate the production of testfits to detailed SketchUp models.

? Liaise with project managers and site managers to translate detailed design into construction

? Work to tight deadlines and support on multiple projects at any one time

? Progress to the role of Senior / Associate Designer in due course

Desired Skills and Experience

? At least 5 years’ experience in workplace interiors

? Interior design diploma/degree or other equivalent qualification

? Strong experience in technical coordination and drawing production

? Good client management skills

? Experience in space planning/conceptual design/sketching

? Furniture and materials awareness of the local/international market

? Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD and and MS Office

? Fluent written and spoken business English

? Mandarin is a definite advantage
