4.领导者于设计范畴，创建突破性设计概念和设计文案标准。

5.负责QA / QC; 评估和保证项目准确和到达有公司标准与质量的实施。

6.负责项目预算、制定报告 & 开发设计策略范围适当地满足客户的需求和预算。

7.在保持建筑/室内/设计知识上给公司带来创新的设计趋势和突破。

8.管理和扩大FF&E库的库存,安排和监管建立材料库存。

9.建立并保持与承包商、供应商和合作伙伴的关系。

任职资格

1.6年以上的建筑/室内设计经验。

2.建筑/室内/设计相关教育背景。

3.精通各种相关软件,包括AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign等等。

4.热爱设计，能够提供令人信服且前沿的设计,有效改变传统观念。

5.对设计要求严谨、有较好的细节关注能力。

6.对自己的设计有较强的表达能力和演讲能力，能够吸引客户影响决策过程。

7.有较强的领导能力，不仅是执行者,能够带领工作团队更好的方向发展。

8.良好的沟通、组织、时间管理及能够跟进督促团队工作进度管理能力。

9.熟悉相关行业的法律法规政策。

10.有较强的营销概念理解能力更好的发展公司品牌。

11.有良好的与公司内部人员沟通及协助管理能力。

12.英语流利。

Job responsibilities:

Leadership Responsibilities

1.The Senior Design will work with other international designers in different regions;

2.Responsible for project operations, including oversight of work production, management and budget;

3.Oversees collaborations across all staff, contractors, sub-contractors, representative collaboration;

4.Maintain office standards of creative excellence and timelines;

5.Supervise one(+) teams which include creative and project management;

Executional Responsibilities

1.Develops the Project Management for production calendar, monitor and adjust work flow to achieve 100% timely delivery of material.

2.Contributes innovative and groundbreaking design ideas and proposals, working collaboration with Design Director(s).

3.Responsible for QA/QC processes; evaluates and assures work contents are accurate and met office standards.

4.Responsible for work with project budget reports and client/consultant to meet deadlines, scope of work, agreements/contracts.

5.Develops proposal standards with assistance of Production Director(s) and/or Design Director(s);

6.Ensures full scope design strategies are developed to meet client's needs and budgets; participates in client interviews and development of marketing efforts.

7.Manage and expand the inventory of FF&E library;

QUALIFICATIONS

1.6+ years of architecture/interior design experience required.

2.Architecture/Interior/Design related education backgrounds

3.Proficient with a variety of software, including AutoCAD, SketchUP, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.

4.Passion to deliver compelling and cutting edge designs that are functional to client and innovative to our firm.

5.A strong understanding of brand development and retail marketing concepts.

6.Strong attention to detail at the levels of design and presentation.

7.Strong presentation skills and ability to sell your design.

8.Excellent communication, organizational, time management and follow up skills.

9.Familiarity with licensing, regulations and standards

10.A team player & Fluent English skill is preferred.
