CUADRAK Architecture Studio opened its Shanghai office in late 2008 offering urban planning, architecture, landscape, interior and restoration design. As members of green building councils and LEED certified team, we promote sustainability in all our projects. We are a family owned company with offices in Mexico, Hong Kong, Shanghai and recently Canada.

We are looking for a Interior Designer/Architect who is motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be hardworking, confident, and have leadership qualities. CUADRAK will provide to the candidate essential experience in multi-disciplinary environments, such as urban planning, architecture, landscape, sustainability, interior design and project management.

Job Details
1. Professional degree in Architecture (Landscape, Interior or any equivalent)
2. Strong conceptual design skills in public building, office and residential projects
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good leadership skills
5. Excellent computer skills (AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc)
6. Excellent initiative skills
7. Fluent English
8. Available to travel to other country or relocate if necessary
9. Provide working visa
10. Two years’ contract

Job description

The successful candidate will participate in all design stages including concept development, design development and detailed development. He/she must work together as a team to develop concepts designs and follow construction procurements.
