The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on the requirements of real estate clients. The candidate should be work well with design team members and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.

Responsibilities

• Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
• Communicate effectively with team in order to address client's needs
• Prepare presentations for clients
• Ensure full workflow is followed
• Maintain real estate knowledge in order to stay relevant

Qualifications

• Min. Associates degree and/or 2– 3 years of experience in related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and design software such as AutoCAD，Photoshop，3D Max, Sketch up and etc.
• Strong creative and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to execute
• Basic Chinese language communication skill will be preferred
