RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and execute commercial office design concepts through schematic planning
• Design office environments to achieve brand identity with required standards, fulfil clients’ budget and requirements
• Manage construction documents from designers and consultants
• Provide detailed and innovative designs according to different guidelines
• Identify exceptional design obstacles and resolve
• Handle commercial projects independently from design concept, project development, and materials application to project completion.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Interior Designer
• Performance bonus

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant technical Interior Design experiences
• Relevant experiences in workplace design is preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Able to work independently and mentoring the team
• Passionate about Interior Design as long-term career field
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Photoshop; SketchUP and 3ds Max is preferred
• Excellent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
• Candidates with less experience or new graduated will be considered as Assistant Designer
