Interior Designer / Assistant Interior Designer

Job Description

• Design concept implementation and presentation
• Handle full set of tender and construction drawings and specifications
• To Lead and work with Assistant Designers and other stakeholders for the proper execution of project design and documentation.
• Coordinate with the project and marketing team to ensure cohesiveness of design and construction document align with site condition and client requirements
• Liaise and coordinate with clients and contractors
• Create, organize and maintain design library and drafting standards

Candidate Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder in Interior Design or Architecture with 3 years or above of experience [Candidates with less experience (1-2 years) will be considered as Assistant Interior Designer]
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS Applications
• Knowledge in 3D Studio Max or AI is a plus
• Passion for innovative and creative design
• Excellent design concept and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Tender Package organizations
• Team-player who is independent, self-motivated, organized and responsible with leadership and good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

CAD Draftsperson

Job Description

• Work with designers to produce CAD drawings

• Handle full set of construction drawing and specifications
• Create, organize and maintain design library and drafting standards
