Interior Designer

Job Responsibilities:

  To assist the design team

• From concept design to site coordination stages
• To develop innovative design concept and solutions
• To prepare presentation materials
• To compile full set of construction package and related documents for the development of the project
• To communicate and co-ordinate project with internal and external parties

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Interior Design or Architecture
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Good team player, great motivation and initiative, creative and reliable
• 2-3 years design work experience; fresh graduate is also welcome
• Previous working experience in architectural company will be an advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Suite
• Proficient in English, Chinese (spoken & written)

Building Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Ÿ  Design of building services installation

Ÿ  Project coordination & site monitor

Ÿ  Contract administration

Job Requirements:

Ÿ  Higher Diploma or above in Building Service Engineer

Ÿ  Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in construction projects

Ÿ  Proficient in English, Chinese (spoken & written)

Ÿ  Updated technical knowledge & computer skills
