Redpath Partners is currently representing our client, a well established and active growing property developer to search for several Interior Designers to manage and oversee their expanding portfolio in the region.

Working with the Project team, you will work and assist on all interior design works on several upcoming large-scale luxury Mixed-use/ Residential projects in Hong Kong & PRC.

Working on overall interior design development from planning to completion of several mixed used projects in PRC and Hong Kong markets, you will deal with different stakeholder such as vendor, tenants, develop solutions to design problems following established standards and also monitor the project progress.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma Holder in interior design
• At least 7 years' relevant experience preferably from developers
• Experience of PRC projects is an advantage
• Well versed in AutoCad, InDesign, Sketch Up, other Adobe series
• Excellent Communication/ Presentation Skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Occasional travel to PRC as required
