1. College degree or above, major in architecture, environmental art, interior design or other related majors, design experience in real estate and large and medium-sized projects will be preferred;
2. Proficiency in operating AutoCAD, 3Dmax, Sketchup, Photoshop, PPT and other professional software;
3. 3 years or more, working experience in interior design company, with good spatial creativity and idea;
4. Have good project handling ability and be able to independently complete the tasks of each stage of the project;
5. Familiar with the fashion trends, design features and solutions of interior design at home and abroad; have a strong visual matching ability;
6. Have good communicating skill, strong sense of responsibility, creativity and execution, meticulous work, strong teamwork spirit; have strong interest in design, artistic cultivation and temperament.
7. Good proposal ability, able to clearly articulate creative intentions and design ideas;
Work content
1. Complete the project design indepently, keep up with progress of the rendering of the effect drawing, and report the plan to the customer;
2. Selecting the sample material of the project;
3. Coordination of relevant departments of the project;
4. Responsible for the project's design disclosure work and on-site cooperation during the construction phase, and find and solve related design problems to ensure the overall effect;
5. Summarize the problems and experience of the completed project

1、大专及以上学历，建筑、环艺、室内设计等相关专业毕业，有地产类及大中型项目设计经验者优先；
2、熟练操作CAD、3Dmax、Sketchup 、Photoshop、PPT等专业软件；
3、3年及以上专业公司任职经历，具有良好的空间创意与思维；
4、有较强的项目把控能力，能够独立完成项目的各阶段任务；
5、熟悉国内外室内设计的流行趋势、设计特点及解决方案；有较强的视觉搭配能力；
6、善于沟通，责任心强，富有创意及执行力，工作细致，有较强的团队合作精神；对设计有浓厚兴趣，有艺术涵养和气质。
7、提案能力较好，能够清晰阐述创作意图及设计思路；
工作内容
1、独立完成项目的方案设计、跟进效果图出图进度，并向客户进行方案汇报；
2、项目工程材料样板的选定；
3、项目相关部门的协调工作；
4、负责项目进行设计交底工作和施工阶段的现场配合，发现并解决相关设计问题，确保整体效果；
5、总结完工项目的问题、经验。
