Intern 实习 - 外企空运操作助理兼单证

Missions 工作职责：

1 / Learn about Cargowise Operation System, assist Air Freight Operator on daily operation, arrange shipments，

2 / Support Air Freight team on paper work & etc.

3 / Complete related tasks which be given by the manager or the supervisor

1 / 学习并掌握CargoWise 操作系统, 协助空运操作人员完成日常操作及空运安排；

2 / 协助空运操作同事的出口单证及其它相关文件的整理及归档工作；

3 / 处理部门主管交与的其它相关工作；

Requirements:

• Shanghai Resident, internship student major in International Transportation Management or Trading, or English, University grade II or III；

- Good command in spoken and written English, CET - 4 or above；Be good at MS Office;

• Honest, reliable, responsible, smart, initiative & be careful
• Good communication skill and team work spirit, service oriented;
• Has good foreign trade knowledge & intern experience on Freign trade documentation making is perferred；
• Request working in office at least 3 full days / week. If can work more days per week will be preferred.

Intern Description :

Opportunity to entry into a Globle International Forwarding company for practice. Change the knowledge you've learnt to be your working capacity.

Learn & practice sea freight transportation documentation making, operation system data input, invoice issuance & ect. transportation arrangement issues.

Well support & accomplish operation team to implement sea freight transportation tasks, take participate in the team work in the company. Grow up to be a team player.

Internship allowance : Rmb150/day before tax.
