Salary: 150-200 RMB/day subject to qualification

Position Description:

In coordination with the IP and Legal teams, key responsibilities will be to:

• Prepare and issue standardized legal/IP documents where required, including but not limited to authorization letter, trademark certificate, statement of ownership, license agreement, verification letter, price statement, and other documents in support of IP lawsuit.
• Handle payment and coordinate with external law firms/agencies as well as cross-functions
• Act as a gate keeper of register and use of Company Chop to support the compliant and diligent use of company chop
• Coordinate with cross-functions on Customer/Supplier approval and due diligence process from a Legal/IP perspective
• Attend to other admin work as instructed by Legal/IP team, including but not limited to managing daily questions from and giving appropriate guidance to the regional users of MYCONTRACTS to improve the efficiency on use of the system and coordinating with the global system owner of regional requests.
