Essential Responsibilities:

• Fulfillment dashboard model setup (standard cycle time embedded, visualize project status, pre-alert on project milestone delays, etc.)
• TMS China Supplier Fulfillment tracking, Oracle data maintenance
• OTM workflow submission and logistics maintenance
• Maintain TMS suppliers’ dossiers
• Support for sourcing RFQ (request for quote) process
• Support sourcing operational activities per need

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Engineering Background, Chemical/Mechanical/Computer Science are preferred
• Solid Microsoft Skills on Excel (macro), PowerPoint, IE…
• Fluent English skills: reading, writing and tele-conference communications
• Project management experience preferred
• Quick Learn to the new operation system and get know the process
• Passion to communicate with internal/external peers
• Clear process speaker to iterate the standard process to the internal team or suppliers
