Job Description

2/3 month Summer Internship based at our Nottingham office

What you will do: 
As part of the Regulated Industry department, you will work with different teams, where your duties will include (but not limited to):
* Handle administrative tasks such as the creation of project materials and updating electronic records to ensure projects move along in a timely manner
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, databases, archives and records
* Review, edit and create various communications content
* Compose a variety of materials and reports (e.g. translation certificates and final reports)
* Complete Quality Assurance checks on final documents
* Research and develop final deliverables for projects


What you will need: 
* Currently in your 2nd or 3rd  year at University (preferably studying a modern language)
* A keen interest in the Translation Industry 
* A keen interest in being part of a team and learning from experienced Project Managers 
* Be inquisitive in nature and strive to make a positive impact on the world
* Strong time management skills - including a proven ability to work to set deadlines
* Solid written and verbal communication skills
* An ability to work as part of a team
* IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
