Providing efficient test to secure Package release

• Editor the essential tool for production, to ensure production efficiency, Editor package will be tested and released periodically.
• The official package needs to be released on time CI test will be run every 2 hours.
• Keep evaluating current workflow to improve efficiency and quality

Tool support:

• Act autonomously in the interest of the QA team with regards to smoke test and Anvil CI test.
• Be the QA Stakeholder to cooperate with other projects and teams to secure package health
• Improve Smoke test process and support process to make it more efficient.

Test environment maintenance:

• Be the stakeholder to set up and maintain test machines based on the project request
• Improve test environment to make sure its efficiency and stability

Test scripts creation and maintenance:

• Be the stakeholder to coordinate to make sure the test scripts’ accuracy and efficiency.
• Be able to create tests scripts based on new request and maintain current test scripts based on Anvil update
• Provide your request and coop with experience automation tester to improve current test scripts execution.

Documenting and Maintaining documentation:

• Ensure that the features, test pipeline are properly documented and easily accessible in Confluence
• Ensure that the information for the features are updated regularly

Stretch Goals:

• Share learnings on Confluence, team members and seek for any opportunity to extend auto test service.
• Be able to debug encountered tool issues with knowledge
• Enrich the C# & Python scripts knowledge
