Qualcomm's Multimedia R&D and Standards Group is seeking internship candidates for its Computer Vision and System Architecture team. The group works on developing new computer vision algorithms and efficient implementation for embedded platforms (CPU/DSP/GPU/NPU).

Must be a student who is available for 3 or 6 months

Advanced understanding of computer vision and/or machine learning algorithms with real world applications

- Proven experience in terms of project or course work on applying computer vision algorithms in one of the following or relevant domains: SLAM, Feature Tracking, 3D Reconstruction, Object Detection, Object Tracking, Hand-Pose Estimation - Hands-on experience with C/C++ algorithm implementation - Use of deep learning tools (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Python)

Bachelor/Masters/or Doctorate student in Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering with significant computer vision topics and machine learning, image/video processing related coursework.
