Job Overview
The primary purpose of this position is to analyze warranty data, market trends, and delivery processes in order to provide problem solving teams with direction. The position will also relate external trends to internal operational quality issues.

Responsibilities
- Analyze warranty data for common failures and trends associated with bus quality and part failures

- Utilize PowerBi tools to analyze various dimensions of warranty data including location, cost, and frequency

- Compare warranty data with current operational quality related issues

- Provide written reports and presentations based on findings

- Analyze polk data to identify trends in bus market

- Developing processes to improve bus delivery process

 
 
- Must be participating in a Bachelor's Program or higher (or have graduated within the past 12 months) required
- Data Science Degree preferred
- Junior or Senior Student preferred
- GPA of 3.0 or higher required
- An attached resume is required
- Ability to analyze complex sets of data required
- Experience utilizing PowerBi, Tableau or related data analysis required
- Strong oral and written communication skills required
- Ability to collaborate and with muiltiple departments required
- Data analysis preferred
