Job Overview
Work closely with your Senior Engineer Mentor on an exciting concept assignment after some training and collaboration with the other Cockpit engineers on the current development methodology used for the Cockpit Team.
Responsibilities
Design Engineering of the Cockpit Systems of new concept project-related components, including concept feasibility study, packaging, ergonomic considerations, CAD surface development, FEA, FMEA, DFMA, and dimensional variation analysis studies, as needed.
- Mechanical Engineering Design of complex injection molded interior components
- Engineering development of 3D CAD surfaces and engineering models.
- CAE simulations such as Finite Element Analysis, DFMEA, and dimensional analysis may also be required.
