Job Overview

Support the engine machining department in tracking our performance, participating in problem solving activities and help drive solutions that will help us achieve our targets and foster continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Work with the Operations Machine Shop Team to support the following departments: Blocks, Heads, Connecting Rods, Caps, Liners, Turbos and Central Tool Processing. 
Daily/Weekly/Monthly tracking of department performance
Problem Solving Activities
Kaizen Workshops
Utilizing Manufacturing Control Plans to update or create Standard Work Instructions and other important documentation.

 
 
Preferred level in School: Junior, Senior
Target Major:
Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Controls Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing


- Must be participating in a Bachelor's Program or higher (or have graduated within the past 12 months) required
- GPA of 3.0 or higher required
- An attached resume is required
