Responsibilities: • Assist in maintaining ISO documentation system • Assist in EHS reporting & monitoring • Supporting document work for project EHS issues • Supporting document work for company quality system • Supporting document work for project risk management and non-conformance process • Other supporting activities assigned by the supervisor Skills and Abilities: • Second or third year of student studying degree course in business or applied science related discipline • 1 year or above of similar working experience preferred • Good organizational and problem solving skills • Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 preferred • Good knowledge of environmental and safety legislation and industry good practices • Good vertical and horizontal communication skills • Good command in written English • Proficient in computer operation (MS Word and Excel) Organization: Smart Infrastructure Company: Siemens Limited Experience Level: Early Professional Job Type: Part-time
