Job Description & Summary

Responsibilities

• 具备良好的沟通能力,较强的服务意识，为客户解决问题的能力；
• 熟悉计算机基本硬件和操作系统的相关知识；
• 熟悉 Helpdesk 技术支持，具备Windows OS及常用办公软件的排错维护技能等优先；
• 熟悉各种主流厂商办公终端设备，打印机、电话、传真机等优先
• 如有对 Microsoft Office 熟悉运用者优先

• 吃苦耐劳，能加班
• 计算机相关专业优先考虑，持CCNA或MCSE优先
• 有转正机会
• 至少实习两个月
