We are looking for a Shanghai based Intern – HR Recruiting China (m/f) who will work closely with local recruiter to support and accelerate daily recruitment process.

The challenge you are up for

• Including but limited to: job advertisement posting, CV organizing, interview arrangement and offer preparation.
• Coordinate internally and externally about interview/meeting scheduling via phone or e-mail
• Update recruitment status by using ATS(application track system) and online sharing documents
• Other assigned task related to recruitment activities, ex: employer branding

The commitment you bring

• Bachelor degree or above, preferred in Human Resources, Administration or relevant disciplines
• Excellent communication in oral and written in both Mandarin and English
• Quick learner on software and hardware using for office basis
• At least 3 days per week guaranteed attendance
