Job Description
- To support Distribution Manager to drive continuous process improvement activities on warehouse operations and space optimization to meet additional storage requirement
- Get involve in daily Gemba Walk , 5S program and Just Do It activities
- Support productivities saving project implementation
- Participate in Practical Process Improvement Kaizen project, learn 8 step problem solving method to resolve issue
- To establish training material for warehouse department
- Help on inventory control and reduction of inventory, support on cycle count activities
- Support Monthly KPI reporting
- Support Daily Management Board set up
- To support Standard Operation Procedure and Work Instruction documentation
- Support productivity saving initiative
