Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Value engineering project
From design, prototype, evaluation to qualification and release
- Process parameter study to improve Out of box defect.
Establish critical parameter control.
- Design improve to improve First pass yield for life science instrument.
Better dimension control and tolerance study.
Update drawing and part qualification.
Failure analysis and troubleshooting of assembly and instrument
Requirements:
The intern shall participate in the following activities:
- Instrument Manufacturing Process Flow Setup
- Setup the Test Fixture and Test Procedures
- Creation of Assembly Work Instruction
- Validating the manufacturing process flow
- Part Qualification and Engineering Evaluation
