What will I be doing?

As the intern in GCM legal team, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

· Support legal counsels in daily documental work including drafting/translating franchise agreements, BAMA and other legal documents, etc.

· Daily contract reviewing and data coding.

· Support counsels in legal search and research on legal topics.

· Assist in APAC Legal Database maintenance and filing.

· Assist in departmental coordination and team activities.

What are we looking for?

A/An intern in GCM legal team, serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

· Proficient in English skills and have good contract drafting abilities.

· Good communication skills, can efficiently complete the tasks assigned by superiors.

· Work conscientiously and responsibly.

· Can be on duty three days a week, prefer Junior or Grade1/2 master student.

· Can work 3 days per week, at least for a consecutive 3 months , 6 months working period is preferred.
