Responsibilities:
- To support the work of contract activations
- Work closely with front-line units to deliver prestigious & quality services to our customer by providing administrative support in relations to customer file maintenance, handling the license renewal, handling any changes during contract life, handling termination of contracts, etc.
- Handling customers' enquiries via phone
- Take part in ad hoc projects and assignments
