The ASM Site Admin/Project Management currently has an opportunity for intern with educational or professional backgrounds in Business Administration/Sport Science. The Site Admin/Project Management team at Amgen Singapore Manufacturing (ASM) is seeking candidates with a proven track record in having a positive and can-do attitude, excellent interpersonal & communication skills, is a strong team player, has a creative mindset with the ability to bring positive changes in the workplace.

The Project Management (PM) intern will be responsible for driving the overall wellness initiatives for the site engagement.

The intern will be deployed on projects to:

  • Plan and organize workshops/lessons/classes for the employees ;
  • Develop marketing campaigns to promote fitness and wellness in the workplace ;
  • Track attendance, participation, or performance data related to the executed events ;
  • Conduct surveys to determine interest in, or satisfaction with the programs or events ;
  • Respond to queries/requests for information about wellness programs or events ;
  • Manage and oversee the fitness/recreational facilities to ensure safe and clean facilities and equipment ;

The intern will have many opportunities to be involved in the entire planning to execution – from beginning-to-end.

Basic Qualifications

Amgen requires that all individuals applying for an undergraduate internship or an undergraduate co-op assignment at Amgen must meet the following criteria: 

  • 18 years or older
  • Completion of 1 year of study from an accredited college or university prior to the internship commencing
  • Enrolled in a full time Bachelor’s or Combined Bachelor's/Master's degree program following the potential internship or co-op assignment with an accredited college or university
  • Must not be employed at the time the internship starts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma concentration(s) in Sport Science, Sport and Wellness Management, or Wellness Management
  • Equipped with Creative/Design software knowledge/Digital Communication
