PLAN consists of several functions, such as Purchasing Development, Transport and Logistics Services, Customs Service Centre, Quality Support Centre and Warehousing Logistics.

We are looking for a 3 month support within the Purchasing Development Team in the Category Custom Made Worktops.

About the job

In your role as Intern Purchasing Development you will:

• Perform data analysis in excel
• Prepare communication and make follow up correspondence with suppliers connected to quotation process
• Quotation preparation – data collection, organize the collected data into folders and prepare templates
• Organize skype sessions with suppliers, prepare background data (power point) and communication

• Studies in logistics, business administration or economics
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong communications skills
• Very good organizational skills

A fluent communication in written and spoken English is a pre-requisite for this role with an ability to work.
