What will I be doing?

An Intern of Talent & Leadership Development team, this role will work closely with Talent & Leadership Development Manager/Senior Manager to offering support to Regional Director, Talent & Leadership Development. Key responsibilities will include program support, data & information collection. More details as below:

Program Support

- Searching and collecting content

- Assisting webinar/meeting management

- Editing PowerPoint slides

- Editing SHINE reports

Report & Data collection

- Monthly Talent Data collection

- Other requirements on hotels data & information collection

Administration Support

- Webinar & Con call set up

- Travel Request

- Monthly Expense Claim

Others

- Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

An Intern of Talent & Leadership Development team is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

- Desire in learning new knowledge and skills

- Passionate in helping others to succeed

- Growth Mindset

- Attention to detail and ability to work with large volume of quantitative data;

- Fluency in English and Mandarin

- Analytical; knowledgeable of statistics and good at computer excel skill

- Careful and reliable. Have good sense of communication.

- Can work at least 3 days per week, at least 7 months.
