Become part of our Digital Industries team from April 2023 as a intern (f/m/d) in our Alabama "Project management in the automotive industry" team. RESPONSIBILITIES You will get to know the plant business on site in the automotive plant and the execution of project management activities in turn-key projects You will gain insight into schedule controlling for selected subtrades or sub-suppliers and will assist in maintaining and tracking "open point lists". Furthermore, you will accompany members of the department in project reporting to internal and external project participants. We show you the realization of subtasks depending on the project progress You will also get an overview of the production controls and the procurement of defective parts. REQUIRED SKILLS We are not looking for superheroes. But super bright minds. You are currently studying successfully at a university in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field of study Ideally, you already have project experience or have completed an apprenticeship/internship in the field of mechanical/electrical engineering or project management. You are willing to travel You have a basic technical understanding and basic knowledge of CAD We can rely on your confident handling of MS Office tools Your fluent written and spoken English round off your profile (German is a benefit) The duration of the internship is 6 months.
