They can access data from anywhere and at any time, giving them complete transparency. As a student trainee, you will help us operate the Service Portal smoothly and support customer communication. To help you succeed, you will learn about product management and develop into a go-to person for technical issues. You will handle internal and external issues and be able to resolve them independently. This will give you the opportunity to influence the development of the Service Portal for Switzerland. Tasks and responsibilities As a student trainee, you support us with the administration, maintenance and development of the Service Portal. You provide technical support and can independently deal with the concerns of our customers and internal stakeholders. You take responsibility by understanding, testing and releasing new features or releases for the Service Portal in Switzerland. You help us deal with the administration of our social networking tool (Yammer) and prepare for regular meetings and improvement/process roll-outs related to the Service Portal. In addition, you help lighten our workload by preparing and updating release notes, training materials, translations and documents as well as organising the corresponding filing structure. Talents You are working towards achieving a degree at a university of applied sciences, technical college or university in a technical subject or business management. You also have a passion for technology. You perceive problems as challenges and can solve them independently. You like to achieve results and work in a structured way. You are interested in the standardisation and optimisation of processes. You can easily communicate in German and English.
