Job Description

Provide secretarial and administrative support to Directors Maintain business schedules and appointments for Directors.


Attend to visitors and guests of the Directors Take and transcribe dictations; type up forms, reports, and correspondence, etc.


In addition, proofread material to ensure accuracy in terms of spelling and grammar as well as completeness Organize travel arrangements and accommodations for the Directors and their department personnel; this will include planning and coordinating visitor’s programs Perform filing and related activities as required; maintain confidential files; responsible for safeguarding confidential data Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned on an ad hoc basis by the Directors


任职要求:

Basic Requirements

1. Can work 3-4days a week

2. English Fluent writing, speaking and listening

3. German Would be a plus

4. Computer Excellent in all MS office programs

5. Able to work under pressure
