Job Specification

• Conduct risk-based financial, operational and compliance audit engagements, including evaluation of internal control, design of audit programs and execution of fieldwork
• Provide value-added recommendations to strengthen the overall control environment
• Assist in preparing timely internal audit reports
• Responsible for business operational audit activities across the group
• Assist in setup and identifying the overall improvement of the current accounting & business systems
• Occasional travel to PRC for audit purpose
• Any ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• University graduate in recognized accounting / auditing professional qualification in CPA or CIA
• Minimum 3 years internal or external audit experience, manufacturing and retail business is preferable
• Experience in handling operation audit and documentation of business workflow review
• Proactive, self-motivated, great initiative with excellent analytical and critical mind set and reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with different business and operational units
• Good command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
