Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate the improvement of the internal control framework and policy of the Company.
2. Conduct internal audit project and internal investigation. Assist in visualization and standardization of business processes to improve the Company’s operational risk management capability
3. Perform internal control assessment, which includes evaluating the effectiveness and adequacy of internal control of all business processes, assessing the risk factors and exposures, documenting the findings and drafting the reports, effectively communicating the findings and recommendations to relevant business sectors.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management Framework, facilitate to identify high risk factors, to disclose and report potential risks.
5. Assist in liaison process during the Group’s internal audit to the Company, including collecting audit documents, coordinating interviews, monitoring the rectifications regarding audit findings, etc.
6. Any other internal control and corporate governance related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Corporate governance, Risk Management or related disciplines.
2. At least 3 years internal audit or external audit (financial industry is an advantage) working experience, good knowledge in listing rules, accounting standard or corporate governancerequirements, familiar with financial markets or investment related business and workflows.
3. Holder of CPA, CIA is preferred.
4. Strong commitment to assigned duties, team spirit and can work under pressure.
5. Conversant with MS Office automation.
6. Strong communication skills with good command of written & spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
7. Candidate with more working experience will be considered as Senior Internal Auditor.
