Main activities Support in the execution of the risk assessment for the definition of audit programs Analysis and evaluation of processes in order to verify their compliance and adequacy with internal procedures and mandatory standards (Code of Ethics of Farmindustria, Legislative Decree 231, ISO 9001) Execution and documentation of audit activities (sampling, interviews, sample tests) in line with the audit methodology applied and in compliance with the timing set out in the audit plans Drafting of the reports necessary for the conduct of audits and directed to management and obtaining approvals from the functions involved Proposal of actions that allow to make the processes more efficient and to minimize the risks Sharing findings with Processors and process owners Periodic monitoring of the resolution status of audit findings Support in the preparation of the necessary direct presentations to the management Support and collaboration to the OEC function in the execution of local investigations aimed at identifying gaps within the various processes Qualifications Experience Experience of a minimum of 3 years in a similar position, especially in carrying out audits or copliciance checks in the pharmaceutical sector Requirements Knowledge of the legislation relating to the pharmaceutical sector Good knowledge of English Using the office package Data analysis tools Audit techniques Relational skills Organizational skills Analytical skills Ability to work in a team Management autonomy Flexibility Preferential requirements Degree in economics, law or equivalent Specialization courses and certifications in the field of audit and internal controls Experience in the management and participation of audits from external bodies (for example for LigF or ISO9001 certifications) Travel No Job Type Experienced Schedule Full-time Job Level Code IC Equal Employment Opportunity At AbbVie, we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop new and innovative solutions for patients.
