We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Manager to join our growing communications team supporting the Siemens business in the UK and Ireland. As the Internal Communications Manager, you will be responsible for creating campaigns, content, and events that motivate and inspire our employees. You will have strong experience designing, delivering, and adapting content for a range of audiences and will be confident dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders, including our senior leadership team. You will be passionate about employee engagement and ensuring that the right messages get to the right people at the right time. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is a creative storyteller. Our Internal Communications Manager will proactively measure and monitor the effectiveness of our communications and channels to ensure they are as robust as possible. You will work as part of our fast-paced GB&I Communications team and will also have access to the global Siemens communications community. This role will report to the Head of Internal Communications, and can be based from any of our major offices; Manchester, Farnborough or Newcastle. This is a hybrid role, with a combination of home and office working.
