Job Description

As an integral part of Intel's new IDM2.0 strategy, we are establishing Intel Foundry Services (IFS), a fully vertical, standalone foundry business, reporting directly to the CEO. IFS will be a world-class foundry business and a major provider of the US and European-based capacity to serve customers globally. Intel Foundry Services will be differentiated from other Foundry offerings with a combination of leading-edge packaging and process technology, committed capacity in the US and Europe

Responsibilities

 

The Intel Foundry Services Communications manager is a self-motivated individual responsible for creating and implementing internal IFS communications initiatives that drive competitive programs and activities. This industry-savvy individual will foster a cohesive and creative approach to drive engagement, awareness, and belief in IFS' future.

Specific deliverables include:

  • Develop creative IFS internal communication strategies and own day-to-day execution for internal employee communications.
  • Design and deploy BU identity and culture campaigns.
  • Deliver internal employee communications organizational announcements, translate, and operationalize corporate initiatives.
  • Interface with internal teams to track and measure activation success qualitatively and quantitively to adjust for outcomes.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Employee Communications or related field


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Degree
  • 10+ years of overall experience in Employee Communications
  • Experience with Intel communications: Have a proven track record as a strong BU communicator with a deep understanding of internal including driving consistent ease of use across all team channels.
  • Understanding of Intel's current and future communication infrastructure, systems, and tools.
  • Drive strategy to action with regard to the "Belief in the Future" employee engagement comms strategy to create and advance our narrative
  • Expertise in designing and maintaining employee communications engagement metrics leading periodic surveys of communications needs.
  • Contracting and stakeholder management skills across management levels

This model will ensure that our foundry customers' products will receive our utmost focus in terms of service, technology enablement, and capacity commitments. IFS is already engaged with customers today, starting with our existing foundry offerings. We are expanding imminently to include our most advanced technologies optimized for cutting-edge performance, making them ideal for high-performance applications.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
