Intel Kiryat Gat is looking for an enthusiastic, strategic, and creative Internal Communications Student who will bring story-telling, communications, and employee engagement.
Communication approaches should be innovative to build ongoing engagement across the company, driving collaboration and interaction.
The ideal candidate will be a candidate who excels and delivers consistent messaging and communicates in a sharp and creative way.
In this role, you will help build a ‘best in class’ internal communications program and bring the newly created roadmap to life.

Qualifications
What will you do?
- Simplify complex business information and produce engaging and effective content in a variety of styles and formats for multiple channels at the global, regional, and site levels.
- Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
- Plan, edit, and write content for a variety of internal communication mediums, such as a staff intranet, monthly magazine, or regular email bulletin.
- Select effective tools, mediums, and technologies for message delivery in alignment with communication strategy.
- Provide internal communication guidelines across businesses units around important messages and Intel goals.
Required Skills/Experience
- Student for a first/second year of a degree in communication\marketing (BA or MBA) with at least 3-4 semesters left of studying.
- Excellent native English and Hebrew language verbal and written communication skills.
- Social media experience is a must and a focus.
- Strategic communication planning.
- Experience in corporate writing and communications experience - Advantage
- Passion for storytelling.
- Creative thinking.
- Social and multimedia communications approach (written, video & animation, blogging, social).
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically & execute tactically as required.
- “Can Do” attitude, a project manager at heart
- Content writing, specifically the ability to form a message to the right target audience out of thin air.

Manufacturing and Product Engineering (MPE) is responsible for test development across product segments, supporting 95% of Intel's revenue. We deliver comprehensive pre-production test suites and component/physical debug capabilities to enable high quality, high volume manufacturing.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
