The client is a well known multi-national corporation, focusing on health care market. They have strong performance in healthcare market. In response to the rapidly growing market, they are now having a new headcount - Internal Control Analyst in china holding company.

As the Internal Control Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

1. Assist with periodic risk assessments for financial business cycles, IT systems and associated assertions and/or objectives.

2. Document all aspects of financial and IT internal controls processes including risks, controls, policies, procedures, and process flows.

3. Recommend, test, and drive process improvements to strengthen and optimise operating effectiveness of key controls.

4. Participate in activities to prepare for the annual Internal Control over Financial Reporting audit.

5. Establish and maintain relationships with local management, accounting process owners, and controls performers.

As a qualified candidate, you need:

1. Bachelor degree in accounting or other business related degree. Prefer CPA or CIA.

2. Fluent in English and Mandarin, strong written and oral communication skills.

3. 4+ years of experience with accounting, internal control, or auditing functions.

4. Knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and its application.

5. Effectively and efficiently perform all essential job duties and responsibilities with or without direct supervision.
