What will you do: Coordinate all operations in internal logistics team. Acts as a responsable for all assembly lines supply and improvement projects. In thins position you'll be accountable for management decisions and overall leadership tasks. Responsibilities °Authority to stop any act or condition that endangers the quality, safety, health and / or environment in the work environment. °Assure production plan according to objetives always considering EHS, quality and productivity. °Responsible of inventory accuracy and cycle count plan. °Identify project delays and offer impact mitigation strategies. °Provides productivity projects and keeps track of all team productivity projects. °Implement 6s mindset in area of responsibility. °Coordinate fiscal improvements in area of responsibility. °Responsible of Anual Inventory execution. °Accountable of internal and external audits of the department. °Responsible for department KPIs. What will you need to succeed? Industrial, mechanical or related engineering bachelor degree. 5 years of experience as a supervisor. Experience as industrial or process engineering. SAP knowledge.
