• Actively fill open requisitions in a timely and cost effectively manner
• Develop a talent pipeline to effectively fill positions in a timely manner
• Screen, identify and shortlist potential talent for the various positions and move them towards to a successful recruitment outcome
• Provide value added market information and reports in a timely manner
• Monitor and update regular recruitment reports
• Work closely with hiring manager and all internal stakeholders, in alignment with organizational processes
• Participate actively and contribute positively to organizational initiatives
