Power Management and Multimarket

The Power Management and Multimarket Division focuses on components for efficient power management and high-frequency applications. The components are mainly used in consumer products such as TVs, gaming and mobile devices as well as computer servers.

In your new role you will:

  • Sales & Account Management: RFQ (Verification, generation, price check, approval & release tracking) & Backlog management (align with CLM, price update/verification, delivery), together with sales/FAE/Marketing interface customers to maintain professional relationship and support workshop/meetings etc.
  • Customer Master Data Management: CMD consolidation, setup & maintenance.
  • ISAR: Fully responsible for sample management (request generation, tracking, delivery, design activities summary etc)
  • Documentation: Handling & consolidating/tracking (Datasheet/PCN/PD/Info Note/Errata/LTB etc.) for Customers (Request/Push/Agreement) & System Updates/Checklist
  • Product: SP/MA/SAP info, Product liability claim (Info & documents consolidation, scrap agreement, settlement letter, CN generation/closure)
  • Quality: FAR/MCDS (FAR & customer info creation to QM, MCDS file for customer) & RMA (Info consolidation, documentation, creation, tracking & CN generation)
  • Finance: Customer credit management (Invoicing, overdue, related documentation with BA & customers) & CN/DN (SAP creation, tracking, release & consolidation)
  • Compliance: New customer export control status check, half yearly EUM & Trusted partners checklist, Non-trusted partners EUM check prior sample application
  • Team support: Travel arrangements (VISA, flights, hotels, trains, etc.), claims (prepare, verification, expenses, entertainments, etc.), workshop/meetings, teambuilding activities.
  • Others: other tasks assigned by supervisor

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • 3~5 years internal sales experience in semiconductor related areas
  • Familiar with MNC internal working process
  • Responsible & able to handle multiple tasks at the same time (Good time management)
  • Good interpersonal & communication skill
  • Fluent written & oral English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in PC operation
