The primary responsibilities will be to support day to day business operations as detailed below Future Mind? Growth Mindset? Read on… The primary responsibilities will be to support day to day business operations as detailed below: Booking in of jobs onto SAP System Allocation of jobs to Technicians for repair assessments, preparation, rebuild, test and packaging Source spare parts from Siemens and Third party suppliers Produce Quotations for customers Liaise with customers regarding pricing, delivery times, technical queries, collections and dispatch Order of spare part components from Siemens Factories and Third Party Suppliers using SAP Order of consumable items for workshop and office using SAP and OneSRM Incoming goods are goods receipted by the Logistics team at Handforth, however, all items need to be monitored and allocated to the correct job or location Booking out of jobs on SAP, release for Invoice and record on our monthly booking out sheet Generate dispatch notes and arrange couriers Manage the office, filing, printing and consumables Monitor work in progress and work with commercial partners to explain status and expectations.
