Job Description

The Internal Talent Advisor works as the initial point of contact for E2E internal transfer processes responding to multiple business groups based in US and Canada. They are considered mediators of key HR organizations, influencers of compensation and benefits guidelines and are drivers for corporate retention objectives. Internal Talent Advisors are expected to create positive experiences to both candidates and Hiring Managers through a flawless execution of the process and education on how to navigate the system/guidelines for internal transfers. This implies listening and understanding the business units requirements and propose alternatives to support them. It is expected that Talent Advisor couples business acumen and insight with internal labor market data and knowledge of business priorities to re-engage and mobilize the best talent inside Intel.

Additional responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Act as the first point of contact for resolving escalations and customer concerns

  • Use of data to track, monitor and analyze trends and improvement opportunities in the services provided.

  • Analyze and report progress towards metrics and goals, as well as propose and drive solutions accordingly.

  • Develop a work relationship with business stakeholders, HR partners and GTA Account managers

  • Participate on operational meetings by helping lead the team to meet business objectives.

  • Partner with other HR organizations in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Requirements:

  • The candidate must possess a Bachelor degree or be an activate student of Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or any related field.

  • 2+ years of experience supporting internal and/or external recruiting activities at transnational companies based in US

  • B2+ English level

  • Proficiency- advanced level with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) AND Microsoft Teams

  • Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Reporting capabilities: Data extraction and management

  • Proficient in the use of Workday or other enterprise level applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Basic knowledge about Agile methodologies, i.e. use of Kanban boards and daily stand ups sessions

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
