The International Booking Consultant is responsible for translating and assisting Senior Booking Consultant and students with overseas living arrangements for accommodations.

This includes understanding the student needs, explaining the accommodations, and translating the student thoughts to Senior Booking Consultant. International Booking Consultant’s success is measured by the number of international students placed and student satisfaction with the company’s service.

Responsibilities:

Translate the “Booking Bible” to different language.
Advise and secure the best accommodation options for the student according to the “Booking Bible”
Continually increase knowledge about the student accommodation and all service options available for students
Understand international students needs and report to Senior Booking Consultant, assure accommodations are available for students according to their requirements
Help the company promote a variety of overseas accommodation to improve booking rates
Represent individual and groups of students to ensure student satisfaction with the company’s services
Track and share student feedback with the company’s management team to continually evaluate services, potential new offerings, and online content improvements
Follow up with students via phone, email, and other communication channels to ensure the student receives prompt response to inquiries
Develop and translate content for the website to continually improve the presentation of properties, accommodations, and services
Post relevant social media updates to drive bookings, promote properties, and build the community
Ensure payments are received on time and according to contract
