Bureau Veritas (BV) Industry & Facilities (I&F) Division in China has more than 3,000 staff, operating from 30 offices. The Building & Facilities (Construction) Department (part of I&F) has today more than 1,500 project references, mainly for international clients. BV is looking for a candidate to further develop the construction activities/sales in China towards European and Western clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute Marketing & Sales plan for clients, for European clients in general, with focus on Building & Facilities business in construction market;
2. Prepare technical and commercial proposals in response to call for tenders;
3. Negotiate contracts;
4. Customer Relationship Management with Clients, especially with key clients;
5. Promote BV image by participating to seminar, presentations… and particularly with the Swiss/German community/market/client
6. Maintain Business Communication with Clients, BV network and colleagues in the field;
7. Collect market intelligence and conduct market study;

Requirements:
1. Civil, or Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering degree or business degree with working experience in real estate / construction industry;
2. At least 3-5 years’ work experience following university / engineering degree
3. Knowledge and understanding of construction industry and project management;
4. Familiar with the relevant standard/code will be an advantage;
5. Pleasing personality with good interpersonal and business negotiation skills;
6. PC skills, notably with PowerPoint presentation abilities;
7. Experience in the field of project management/execution and/or sales in building industry;
8. English native speaker preferred and good knowledge of Chinese language and culture an advantage
