The Building & Infrastructure (B&I) Department has today more than 1,500 project
references, mainly for international clients. BV is looking for a candidate to further
develop the B&I activities/sales in China towards Franch clients in general.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Marketing & Sales plan for clients, for French clients in
general, with focus on Building & Infrastructure business in construction market;
Prepare technical and commercial proposals in response to call for tenders;
Negotiate contracts;
Customer Relationship Management with Clients, especially with key clients;
Promote BV image by participating to seminar, presentations…
Maintain Business Communication with Clients, BV network and colleagues in
the field;
Collect market intelligence and conduct market study;
Requirements:
Civil, or Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering degree or business degree with
working experience in real estate / construction industry;
2 years minimum work experience following university / engineering degree
Knowledge and understanding of construction industry and project management;
Familiar with the relevant standard/code will be an advantage;
Pleasing personality with good interpersonal and business negotiation skills;
PC skills, notably with PowerPoint presentation abilities;
Experience in the field of project management/execution and/or sales in building
industry;
Franch nationality preferred, fluent in English and if Chinese or others languages a
plus.
