Job Description
Be responsible for front desk reception at the luxury sales gallery, creating a prestigious and elegant first impression.

Warmly receive visiting VIP clients and international guests, providing professional guidance, inquiry services, and basic project introductions.

Assist in scheduling client appointments, coordinating tour routes, and handling basic registration and information relay.

Serve as an international service touchpoint, assisting in resolving simple language or cultural communication barriers for foreign clients.

Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area, ensuring all service materials are well-stocked and organized.

Collect and feedback client opinions to help enhance the overall service experience and customer satisfaction.

Complete other related reception and support tasks assigned by supervisors.
