【Responsibilities】
1. Be responsible for the comprehensive market investigation of destination country. It includes country basic information, Energy structure, financial regulation, wind power market information, supply chain investigation, facility location solution , import and export policy, competitor investigation, risk identification, analysis and risk avoidance etc.
2. Be responsible for the demand analysis and sourcing in destination country on dangerous goods, grease, battery, spare parts and forwarder；
3. Be responsible for the supplier maintenance and purchasing work on dangerous goods, grease, battery and spare parts；
4. Assistant to develop the local supplier (it may include blade, generator, casting parts or electronic control system ) and do cost analysis；
5. Maintain relationship between local supplier and Goldwind. Assist supplier to understand the delivery mode and demand of Goldwind. Including but not limit to delivery, quality, cost and service etc.
【Qualification】
1. Professional Experience required: 3 years working experience in purchasing or 3 years working experience in wind power or 5 years working experience in international business is preferred；
2. Major requirement: Composite material, Generator, Mechanical Engineering, Power Electronics, electrical engineering, supply chain management etc.
3. Education background: Bachelor degree or above; Supply chain development experience or purchasing experience. MBA is preferred；
4. Be able to travel to countries within appointed region（For example: North American will include the business in USA, Canada and Mexico）
5. Nationality: from North American, South American, Asia-Pacific, Europe and Middle East, Africa.
